    1. Services

Weather Shield Roofing provides roofing, guttering, fascia, soffit, chimney, and repointing services across County Durham. All services are subject to a prior inspection and written quotation.

    2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices include labour, materials, and waste removal unless explicitly excluded in the quote. Additional work discovered during the project will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

    3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and detailed in the written quotation. We do not require full payment in advance. Staged payments may apply to larger projects. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of work.

    4. Guarantees

All work carried out by Weather Shield Roofing is covered by a written workmanship guarantee. The duration of the guarantee is specified in your quotation and confirmed in writing upon completion. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship guarantee.

    5. Cancellations

You may cancel a confirmed booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a reasonable charge for materials already purchased or work already arranged.

    6. Liability

Weather Shield Roofing carries full public liability insurance. We accept liability for damage caused directly by our work or negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damage caused by extreme weather events after completion, or issues arising from the customer's failure to maintain the property as advised.

    7. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us at dylanmaughan89@icloud.com or call 07427 846158. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
